Is it normal that a website looks different in pc and windowsphone

When I use google to search something in my Whindows Phone I found the website: http://www.conecrusherplant.net and when I use the computer in my desk I found the website looks different,Is It Normal?

    NO that is not normal!! they should look EXACTLY the same. maybe the government is spying on you. just to be safe, you should throw away all your electronics right now!

    Yes. I already did websites for two different companies. Web designers tailor made their website according to user's device, browser, screen resolution, etc. HTML5 and CSS3 gives more flexibility and functionality to modern websites.

    Yes they make different versions for mobiles that they do on a computer. Its nothing odd and a lot of very popular websites will do this. Some sites even make an app for smartphones that you can get. However some sites are not known enough to popular enough to take on the go. So you have to stick to your apps. A lot of devices that have internet access do not have full access apparently but are limited to what apps you have.

    There are mobile site versions where in which the format is different from the desktop version. It's only normal.

    It's normal. Stupid though. I's better if they just make a website that works anywhere. Offering a compact no-frills version that people can access manually (like IIN does) is also nice.
