Is it normal that "god" (the divine energy) talks to me every day?

I call it God, but I mean the energy that created the big bang, all particles and all life. Anyway it has spoken to me for about 10 years. It used to just be once a year and it made me feel quite panicky. It once gave me a migraine for a month. Now though, It talks to me everyday. In pictures and visions. I have a constant view of the entire universe and everything in it. IIN?

          I said maybe the people do believe they do hear God.
          It has nothing to do with what i believe but if you do believe in God (at least from a christian standpoint) you MUST believe he will talk to you. And will do so in a consistent way.
          My opinion is that you can't say it is either right or wrong because you can't prove it either way. And if it inspires people to be better is that so wrong?

            They say that god "talks" to them each day in a way as in the individual is being spoken too. If you are being good because of a lie then it isn't true good.

              Why not? Does it matter if you give your kidney to a lil kid because you believe God wants you too or if you simply want to do so for the kid? An act is an act.
              And what makes you (or me for that matter) judge of what is right or wrong'
              If you have no proof they don't hear a voice from god or otherwise? Why must your truth be truer then anybody else's?

      I'm not religious. I'm spiritual. And it's not speech it's a visual connection. I see the universe in my head. I don't believe God is a man or a woman, but energy. It's just I see exactly how I am, and everyone is connected to the universe. I studies Animal Biology at uni and Evolutionary biology. I am completely aware of the theories of how life formed and evolved. It's like I SEE how we're all connected to this energy that created everything. It's there with me, visually, in my head, all the time. Constantly streaming new images and truths.

    God has spoken to me before, but I don't think its normal. Most people never experience it in their lives, but I have. All the people saying your nuts are discounting the possibility that you, like myself really can communicate with God

    Its really you talking to yourself. But then again, who are you? We can all be a manifestation of that "Creator" or be the creators ourselves. We believe what we choose, and some might say that everything becomes real just because you imagine it. But dont worry to much and enjoy the ride :)

    I am spoken to very frequently in my dreams by a deity that I believe to be Lord Buddha himself. I have been told that as a human you are free to do what you please, so long as it brings no intentional displeasure to another human being. That is how you reach Shangri-La or "eternal pleasure".

      :) Well that's really great to hear. I think it's more like "God/The Divine Energy/Buddha" whatever, is always there. Just some people can see it. They say normally we only use a small percentage of our brain, maybe we have another part switched on? I don't know. I do want to find out what it is. I am making an appointment with the psychiatrist soon. I believe the same as you. That once you are perfect - or as I see it, your soul has experienced everything, you become part of the Divine Energy and universe again. But I believe that a soul must live good and bad lives to have experienced existence enough to warrant becoming part of "God" again. I believe "God" is the Good and Bad, it's EVERYTHING. All experiences. I think maybe this will be one of my last few lives :)

          I can't really explain in words but it's extremely clear images and understandings in my head. It looks like the whole universe is in my head - if that makes any sense. The sometimes when it's really really clear and obvious how fragile life is then I have a panic attack.

              Well I'm on antidepressants now which has numbed things but normally it's like I can feel the energy from everyone around me and I know what they are thinking and how they are feeling. I don't usually like to be around people because of this but like I say the antidepressants numb it a bit.

      It's mainly been terror, fear, panic attacks and migraines. I'm learning to cope with it a lot more now though. I am happy I feel I can see this much of "God". Just I think it is too much for a human to cope with sometimes.

        Nah, some of it's similar, though. Girl is talked to by a God-like entity that makes some people panic and gives them headaches (and some of them mental illness). The rest of it is nothing like your story, though.

    It is totally normal that God talks to you on a daily basis. That means you are a Born Again Christian and God is giving you your daily help a guidance on how He wants you to serve Him that day.
