Don't beat yourself up about that. Human sexuality is fucking weird. Nobody truly understands it. You can't control what makes you tick. As long as you don't act on anything hurtful to others then it doesn't matter.
Hopefully you have a fullfilling sex life anyway, and do fun stuff with your partner. If that happens and you don't NEED the fucked up stuff to get off then life can go on as normal.
