Is it normal that i’m terrified of getting sick/having cancer?

I always think I have cancer or I’m dying from some insane disease every time I get sick or see something “abnormal” on my body. Every little thing sends me into a frenzy of online searching for hours over whether I’m dying or not, or self diagnosis. Is it normal for young adults to feel this way?

That is normal. What’s not normal is wishing you would get cancer because you’re too much of a pussy to kill yourself (me).

Just happened to me. Thankfully I'm going to the doctor soon and they can tell me "no, that's not breast cancer"

If you eat healthy, lots of veggies, a little meat, eat very little carbs, very little or no junk food and stay away from sugar you very likely will not have any health problems and live to a healthy ripe old age.
