I sometimes find my eyes accedentily wondering to people’s crotch or chest areas when I talk to them. It’s awkward on where I look depending on what gender they are.
Normal, but you may get some very negative responses if you're staring at women's breasts or men's crotches. Sounds like a habit you need to break, maybe by concentrating on their hair or their chin if you're awkward about eye to eye contact.
When women say to me “my eyes are up here” I respond with “I know, but your tits are down there”.
