Is it normal that i act like im a little child ?

Im 18 and act like I'm little all the time, especially with my boyfriend. I like him to treat ne younger than him and to call me cute names. I love listening to lullabies and watch children's tv shows, and enjoy younger children's activities. I still suck my thumb sometimes and (rarely, but still) talk like im little. I dont do this stuff openly but it makes me feel the happiest. What does this mean and is it normal?

This sounds a little like ageplay:

I'm just guessing here, but maybe you find comfort in behaving in a childlike way.

Perhaps you feel less anxious, less responsible, less under the pressure of expectation from the adult world.

Perhaps you enjoy the feeling of being dependent, submissive. Maybe you feel like you can be more playful when emulating a child, or you can connect to a more 'innocent' time.

If it makes you the happiest do it, but not in public that would be weird.
