Is it normal that i always dream about a killer coming in my house?

I have had these dreams for many years now where people come in my house and kill my family. its became such a problem that I have to lock all the doors and windows before I go to sleep. Im really scared, and sometimes I cant even sleep in my own room. I dont know why. Can someone help?

    Even if the risk isnt high where i live i would sleep better if i knew no one could get into the house so i guess its normal...
