I love to look at women's butts, especially if they're wearing yoga style pants. I'll even go out of my way to get a closer look if I'm a store and see a nice Lycra clad butt. Whether its a shopper,skater, a neighbor or my cousin's girlfriend, I LOVE to look at their butts. Is it normal or is it wrong?
I just turn and fallow girls who wear yoga pants and fallow them all day starring at their butt and camel toe
totally normal. If i'm shopping for underwear and see another girl i find beautiful there, i often try imagining what she'll look like in whatever she chooses or looks at. Also not wearing a bra draws my attention :) Concerning guys, a nice backside can be a looker.
There're tons of cases of people being especially fond of a particular body part, such as woman's legs or butt(your case) or neck. I wouldn't judge if it's normal for you to love to look at woman's butt. But I do think that it's not very acceptable or decent for you to try to stare at their butts, especially for the ones whom you don't know. You should be more respectful and control yourself a bit more.
