Is it normal that i am cold and i feel bad after run?

Well, I am 48 years old. I have run daily 7 km five days a week for about 20 years. Suddenly after I run, I am cold and I feel after run. Even if it is just 3 km or less. Doctors have discarted any cardiac problem.

I don't understand runners. It's so painful, during and after. I know because I've been there. And it's pretty pointless, that one runs in circles not really having accomplished any goal.
That's why I think sport is better, say football/soccer you do shitloads of running in it but you have a goal and purpose, and it's fun as well.

I keep doing this today... I meant to hit yes. You probably just haven't noticed it before now. Do you ever get cold after eating a meal? Same concept. When you run your body is trying it's ass off to maintain homeostasis (regulate body temperature and such) so it diverts blood to your skin to aid in producing sweat to keep you cool. As your body returns to a resting heart rate the blood slowly stops being diverted to your skin. But you are already done running and now you're sweaty and now you're cold. Make sense? When you're eating your digestive system needs all the blood so your body doesn't work as hard to regulate body temperature at the skin surface and you get cold. Basically you don't have enough blood to run all of the systems in your body at the same time. That's why you're not supposed to eat before you work out. When you increase your heart rate your body thinks you are trying to survive a predator and it stops running your reproductive and digestive systems. Sorry for the drawn out explanation
