Is it normal that i am in love with my cat?

My cat Geraldine is a great friend. I am not very social so I talk with my cat alot about my problems. He is the only one who understands me. About a year ago I discovered that I felt things about my cat that were more than friendly. Since I'm not very attractive or social I decided I should make a move. I decided to masterbate using my cats tail. Now I have extremely strong feelings for him and idk what to do! Is this normal?
