Is it normal that i am obsessed with losing sleep
Years ago I developed a habit of intentionally losing sleep. I will do anything to lose sleep, chug caffeine, keep the lights on, stay on electronics, etc. I go on no sleep streaks to satisfy my habit (my record is almost five days of being continuously awake). It only recently became an extremely serious worry to me when I considered illegally ordering narcolepsy treatment drugs. This is not like me at all; I am a very goody-two shoes type person. I am aware I need to stop this habit as soon as possible, that is obvious. But does this make me a broken or abnormal person?
