Is it normal that i base my life around whimsy?

I always do whatever I feel like doing whenever I feel like doing it. For example learning How to speak italian, memorising all the lines from the film 300, becoming a member of a polo club, etc. I do things like this every day, is it normal?

    You are impulsive/spontaneous. Some people are jealous of people who can get up and do something. You will live your life to the very fullest this way. It's a great characteristic. You'll be less likely to become dull or fall into a rut. Life is all about what you experience within it.
