Is it normal that i call my pets the weirdest nicknames?

Well, I have a dog and a cat. My dog's name is Bailey (normal enough) but her nickname is Michael (?). This was a totally random thing that I came up with, and I will call her Mikey or Mike or Bailey-Michael. I have no idea why? Then my cat's name is weird in general, it's Minkers. I also made this one up...yeah. But her nickname is Saucy. And sometimes I will call her Sasa or Muanks or Minks or Mankers. I feel really weird about this sometimes, and no one knows except for my family (they all call them by these nicknames too). Is this normal?

    Im the same way! I call my dog "boogie" and "the baby love". I love that you call your dog Michael when its real name is Baily. Thats hilarious. That makes me want to start calling my dog Brandon or something.

    I had to vet beautiful dogs one call moschino & the other called Versace after fashion designers

    haha, that's funny. one of my cats is named baby, but i call her babs, babooshka, or gaga. the other cat is gracie, and i call her goosie. and the dog is shelley, but my bro & i call her "shell shoes." :)

    I have a dog named Riley, but I call him Mr. Biscuits most of the time. So I'd say it's normal.
