Is it normal that i can control my dream?
So whenever something good happens in my dream(aka getting together with ur crush or winning stuff or accomplishing something), I almost wake up. Either an alarm clock goes off or my body naturally wakes up, but I always manage to mentally tell myself to go back to sleep. And my dream keeps going. I can manipulate it to happen a couple times til I eventually wake up. Can anyone else do that with their mind or is it just me?
