Is it normal that i can no longer dream?

I cannot recall having had a dream for at least a few months now.
It is not like how people say they can't remember what happened in their dream (or dreams)the previous night. I can't remember even having a dream, let alone what happened in it.
Overall I just want to know if anyone has experienced this, knows a method or food that will help me dream again, or knows any reason I can no longer dream?

It is very possible to dream and have no memory of it or even any idea that it happened. There are other people who report experiencing this, but there is really no way to know if sure that someone never dreams.

It isn't that I haven't previously been able to dream. It is that I feel as if I no longer can dream.
Any ideas how I get dreams back, I quite enjoy them

I understood you, you clearly said this is just the past few months. I was saying there is no way that you can actually know for certain that you stopped. You may have just stopped remembering them. But it makes no difference, the result is the same. There is no way I can tell you how to start dreaming or how to remember them. I can tell you that outside stimulation can affect dreams. Something as simple as leaving the tv on low when you goto bed could promote the mind to interpret what you are hearing into images while you sleep.

Vitamin b6, bananas and cheddar cheese should get those dreams going.

You should try it! When i did i dreamt of the end of the world and the moon was exploding all vividly with a binary-like code in the sky... You don't necessarily have to eat the bananas and cheese together...I did, but I'm weird and enjoy some odd food combos.

          Lol

But Nonono I feel like I have to now, plus cheese and fruit can go together, grapes and cheese for example, and what are bananas if not giant, long, yellow, bananery grapes.........o.0?

It's said that cheese / dairy has components in it believed to spark up dreams and lucid ones at that . I don't know the full research on this however there is some available and I have had lucid dreams while eating these before bed but ... was it a coincidence or not? I can't say but give it a try? it could work .. let us know how it goes .

I heard if your vitamin deficient this is a side effect.
Also if you are on any new medicines this could be a side effect of that.
Also age plays a big part in it as well.
Next time you go to the doctor ask for a wellness test, they will draw your blood and check all your vitamin levels, hormones etc.

If you are having any other memory problems besides just remembering dreams you should talk to your doctor immediately.
