Is it normal that i can't look at my ex the same way again?

My ex is trying to text me again essentially trying to act like everything is fine when it isn't, I broke up with her because she had never made eye contact with me, always tried to gaslight me and even worse tried to jump the barrel and change the subject.

When I replied, I replied with anger and rejection and later thought to myself she has broken my trust, with my hatred and anger I eventually blocked her.
