Is it normal that i can't workout without music?
Like it just feels so boring , and just don't get as into it .I usually play fast paced metal songs, and I feel like it makes me go harder . Anyways, is this normal ?

yeah, i do it all the time. Although i go for shit with the most brutal, heaviest breakdowns.. first of all it really helps me to concentrate and push harder, and then I really hate all the idle chat in the gym. seems like people come to chill and hit on the chicks there.
I like listening to music when I exercise because it distracts me from the pain.
This is 100% normal, I listen to music all day long, pandora radio is one of the best inventions ever, the world with out music would suck!!! But we can do with out that new indie crap!!!
Angry music makes me work harder for some reason o.O it's normal I think (: x
I most listen to hard rock/metal songs when I workout or even go for a walk. Perfectly normal.
