Is it normal that i cannot help noticing my brother's bulge at times?

My younger brother is 18 and I'm a year older. We both still live with our parents as he graduates this year and I'm interning at an event management company till I start college (gap year) later this year.

Since almost a year (or maybe two) I can't help checking out/glancing at my brother's...ahem..privates when he's wearing basketball shorts or swim trunks or whatever. He's quite the sporty type and hangs around most of the day with his BB shorts and he doesn't wear anything underneath which is quite surprising since I didn't know guys played BB with nothing but shorts (I've seen countless guys playing shirtless though, which is quite normal here in CA). My brother's also shirtless most of the time but this doesn't bother me since I'm used to that since we were kids.

What nags me is that I automatically look at his shorts and most of the time I notice that there is quite a bit of a bulge and then I keep looking on and this happens everytime he's around the house wearing shorts.

Maybe I'm overanalysing things but I don't really want to go down THAT road so what do you think???

    You must ask yourself this serious question and I kid you not.
    When you're looking at the bulge, and hoping to see more, does your mouth water? If so, you might be an instinctive cock sucker.     I am not gonna say this will will happen,,,,, but. When I was young, not yet a teenager at the time I too would always check out my first cousins bulge. Mainly because he had a big package.Later on in life I finally became honest to myself and admitted it was just because I was a horny slut. I went way further than looking though.     My sister looks at my bulge all the time,yes its normal.she's a women.Iam proud of it and am glad she admires it.if she ask to see it one day, I'd let her.and if she wanted more than to look at it, I'd look at her not as my sister but a women if that were to happen.
