Is it normal that i cant quit playing skyrim

So i was wondering, is it normal to not want to sleep just to play a game. So i recently lost my job and found myself more and more addicted to games. One only though The Elder Scrolls Skyrim. I wake up about 12pm get on skyrim and non-stop play it until about 2am or later. Though it does keep me occupied and content. Is this normal?

Oblivion is better, Without all the loading and shit. Skyrim is good but it's got a lot of glitches and shit in it. Try Demon Souls, Dark Souls or Borderlands2. If you haven't already.

Perfectly normal. Just try to make sure you keep searching for a job and being productive. If it bothers you, go outside for a little bit. Even for 30 seconds, just to take the edge off.

That made me laugh a bit. Last year when I lost my job during winter I did the exact same thing. Played skyrim all night(my day was night) and I was happy with it.

Whilst you play your Skyrim, you should learn to eat Skyr. Its Icelandic yogurt made from Skim milk and it has a high protein content than Greek yogurt.

  • Do you live with your parents or something? How can you maintain this kind of lifestyle with no source of income?

No; you have a problem. I would suggest trying another hobby to take your mind off of it.

If you try and quit by just watching TV you are destined to fail. Keep your mind occupied with a new hobby and it won't be hard but if you don't keep your mind occupied it will be next to impossible.

No. And coming from someone with experience in this field, I think it would be really unhealthy for you in the long run.

I think Skyrim is weird. So, no, it is not normal. I see too many people that play that game who abandon the outside world. Go get some fresh air!
