Is it normal that i change my mind about things constantly?

I change my mind about things so frequently it's insane. I don't know why I do it, I feel so uncertain and unstable about things and it's bothering a lot of the people around me. I've changed my classed 4 times this year alone and I constantly make promise I know I'm never going to keep. This is getting out hand, people have stopped relying on me and trusting me with everything. I really feel like it's ruining my relationship with people, and I just need to know if someone else feels the same way.

I wouldn't considarate that abmormal, but at the same time it's a problem. Not a mental problem but simply a life problem. The only thing I can say is stop doing promises that you know you won't keep. Also talk about it with you family if you can

Look, everybody has their own problems about things. I know it's hard to be in that position as I am right now...

Just know how others see you don't affect you unless you allow them to.

If you have to be dedicated to these people and you keep it in your mind that you do, it's more than likely they are not giving you what you need because from what I'm hearing it doesn't look like they have any compassion over what you're going through.. :/

Just because someone isn't thrilled about your indecisions, doesn't replace the fact that you are a wonderful person and you deserve somebody to love or like you including being there for you when the going gets tough despite your inner quarrels. Those people were not needed for vaild reasons. They needed something out of you but not YOU. Don't every associate yourself with people who see you as a tool for their happiness or a balance of their daily struggles.

If you haven't always been like this, when did it start and why?
