Is it normal that i chew gum whenever i'm stressed?
Ever since I was little, I've chewed Doublemint gum whenever I feel stress. It always calms me down, and just makes me... relax. I feel like I'm actually okay. It also helps me do neater work and enjoy school more.
Is this even normal?
