Is it normal that i constantly dream about getting stabbed

Too weird to tell.I don't know what it means, or what my body is trying to tell me.
I have this reucurring nightmare in which I'm stabbed repeatedly in my chest and gut and when It's so horrifying that it snaps me into consciousness. When I'm awake,I'm covered in sweat and I've suddenly got a fever. It's way more confusing and terrifying in real life.

    I'm not quite sure what the being stabbed part is all about but I think dying in a dream means new beginning so it's actually not a bad thing. I was going through some stuff and kept having reoccurring dreams of being shot in the head...this was years ago and things actually were getting better in my life when I had these dreams.
