    I discovered IIN during lockdown when I was sitting on a computer and went on this site in a school library.

    I discovered this by asking a “is it normal” question on Yahoo Answers. One of the respondents mentioned this blog, so I’m giving it a try!

    I’ve enjoyed my first few days lol

        Yahoo has announced that they will be shutting down Yahoo Answers soon. I cannot recall the exact date.

            Do you remember when Yahoo was the place to video conference on. It may not have been the 1st; but, it was the most popular. I video conferenced with a lot of internet dating contacts back in those days...

              I’m afraid I don’t, I was still a child in the 2000s when Yahoo Answers was booming. Some stranger on Facebook once messaged me asking to chat on there though, I never replied.

              I wonder if the resurgence video chatting before meeting up will stay popular once the pandemic is over?

      This place has its weirdoes, but my experience (admittedly years ago now) is that YA is nothing but clueless tools answering questions posed by clueless fools. Not merely the blind leading the blind, but gibbering idiots spewing baseless opinions as indisputable fact at those who are utterly bewildered by every conceivable aspect of themselves, other people and the world in general.

      There are some good ones on Reddit. I studied The Cement Garden (a book featuring an incestous relationship) at A Level and during my research accidentally found an essay an Indian man had written about how he was in love with his mother, I remember him mentioning her 40 inch hips for some reason. That was on a college computer with the teacher monitoring our screens so I clicked off it pretty quickly.
