Is it normal that i do this after i go to the bathroom?

Everytime after I have a bowel movement I stick my finger (covered in a wet rag, of course) up my bumhole to get it clean better. I believe that if I do that as well as my regular wiping, I'll get clean more sufficiently. IIN?
