Is it normal that i don't act normal when alone?
I'm not conscious of it most of the time but I think I talk to myself in a really insane way, laughing and making weird movements with my hands when I'm alone at home.

I do all that plus bursting into song with a bad voice, running around and dancing like a maniac, talking, acting out scenes, and binge eating.
For God's sake...whatever someone does in the privacy of their closed door in their own home is their business and their inalienable right.
I sing weird song that I make up when I'm alone, but I'm never really alone with my cat.
yes its very weird. Especially when you ask yourself if its weird then continue being weird. I do it all the time.
Everyone is crazy alone... We are in our own "little worlds", the only witnesses are our dogs and cats.
I do this all the time, and ive found it to be so much easier to talk about mushy feelings and bullshit when im alone so sometimes i record what i have to say to people and save it incase i decide to show them
