Is it normal that i don't care about my friends status and stories?

I don't care about them and my friend keeps bugging me to look at her status and stories to the point where I told her cold-heartedly but it was the truth, that I don't care about it, she didn't take it in well when I actually said it to her, whenever I am telling her that I am busy doing something else that isn't social media she gets angry because I don't care about it. It was to a degree that most of her former friends have left her because she was too annoying.
