Is it normal that i don't eat with utensils?

For the last past year or so I have not eaten anything with an eating utensil. Instead I always use my fingers. To be exact I always use my index finger and thumb to eat everything. I tend to do this even if there is a spoon or something right in front of me. Is this normal?

Gosh this is not normal. What if you go on a date with someone? Order spaghetti, and eat it with your hands? Your hands have so much bacteria on them, you could get really sick. Good luck monkey.

    • Simple. Don't order spaghetti. Problem solved. I always wash my hands before I eat anything so I don't have to worry about that stuff.

    • I'm not a huge fan of ice cream and when I do eat it, it's always on a stick or in a cone.

At least you're not like that other guy with the IIN article last week about sticking ice cream cones up his butt!!!

Well you're missing out on a lot of different foods. That and you probably eat lots of fried foods that lend themselves to finger food. That's delicious at first but bad in the long term. Good luck!!!

        • Actually, I don't eat a lot of fried foods. Most of the food I eat isn't even considered finger food, but I make it finger food.

  • That's how they eat all the time in some cultures: totally normal.

I'm not from one of those cultures, but I do it at home (alone) sometimes too. It's fun and convenient.

Now I have a craving for Ethiopian vegetarian buffet and my stomach is growling.
