Is it normal that i don't know how to comment on iin?

If you can't work that out yourself, you probably don't have anything worth commenting.

down the bottom it will say add a comment in blue, then under it will be a big blue rectangle. Click on that and your curser will appear, when you see the cursor simply type in what you want to say on your computer/tablets keyboard.

If you can't use the comment box, then you probably have an outdated browser or are on a device that does not support whatever this site uses for comments.

I remember when I was new to IIN that I also couldn't comment on things. Sometimes, when it allowed me to comment, I could comment like 5 times a day or so. It lasted for only the first 3 days. Then I got some street cred, I guess.
