Ever since this spring, me and my sister went shopping for shorts and as I tried them on I realized they were not comfortable. I tried on a couple more shorts only to realize the same thing happening. My sister said to "just buy some shorts!" And "it's gonna be too hot to wear pants." And now I feel bad. Maybe I should wear shorts, but there is not a ton of shorts that are comfortable that I like.
Any advice would be helpful!!!
Yeah I dont wear shorts often. Hate having to shave my legs all the damn time lol, and im not really a big fan of showing a lot of skin. Not sure why really but it is what it is.
When it comes to the comfort of the shorts there is a lot to choose from though... I have a pair of really soft cosy shorts that feel kind of like just wearing a comfy skirt.
You dont need to wear shorts or a skirt just because its hot though, just buy some distressed jeans or cut holes in a pair yourself.
Light pants are fine in the summer too. I have some full length pants I only wear when its warm because they are too cold to wear in the winter and too tight to wear leggings under.
Comfort wise, my favorite are basketball shorts. I have a bunch of pairs just for sleeping in (as well as ones for exercising) just because I find them so comfortable. They're also very cool. They don't pair well with most clothes and aren't something I'd normally wear out and about, though.
Like you, I don't like tight clothing. I've found a few pairs of denim shorts that fit *just* right, but I like to try them on first, and typically go through several I don't like the feel of.
One thing I hate about wearing shorts in hot weather is sitting down and having my thighs sweat and stick to leather seats. My car has them and I've been known to put a towel in the seat to prevent this. 🤣
However, if you don't want to wear shorts, you certainly don't have to. You should wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
I also like you. I don’t like to wear shorts. Those make the private part vissilble from outside . But my elder sister always force me to wear that. I always wear trouser and my sister always tease me that why I wear those in summer instead of wearing shorts. Even she had buy a short pant for me to wear it in hot season. But I still haven’t touched it.
