when you come to think of it, everyone lives a full life, it does not matter if it is 20 years or 50 years, everyone will live that life in full.
let's take a person who lived 2000 years ago. does it really matter if that person died at the age of 40 or 28. no, that person lived their entire life.
the question i believe we need to ask, is do i like the way i am living my life, today, now. if not, then change it because this is the only think you will experience.
... Actually, I never saw myself living past May of last year. o_O

Strange. But it's normal to feel that way, we will all die.
Living in a shitty nursing home with no hope of seeing another relative again, being fed food that wouldn't even be seen fit as to give to the extremely impoverished, hoping that your kids bring you some quarters sometime this year so you can taste chocolate for the last time in your life, being doped up on happy pills and having your ass wiped by a high school dropout, this is the thanks you get for all of the hard work you did in your life to make money and raise your family?
Or maybe having to pop drug cocktails all day long, barely able to walk, hear or see, having to reduce your quality of life everytime some Republican preaches about how you're a rich, spoiled asshole and cuts your social security check... Our society has little regard for the elderly as well. It's saddening.
So prepare for it today in hopes that you won't be shafted later on. Set up a good retirement account, stay healthy and active and raise your family to have regard for the elderly and be good to your children. For most of us, they are our future but for many of the elderly, the future never came back for them. Who knows? With enough effort, you can be one of those active, happy old folks. It's all a matter of time.
We are always facing our mortality, every day. So it's normal that you might be facing yours. The key is to face LIFE, not focus on death, and hopefully you will have time to prepare for it.
We will never be able to know exactly when we will die it is possible to die from the secound you are born till your 100+
Thats n0t n0rmal..
