Is it normal that i don't sleep
So much time is wasted sleeping, and there are so many other things I'd like to do. It sucks. But oh well.

You THINK you don't sleep but you do. Eventually you do fall asleep but it may seem you never slept but you did. It's when we sleep that our brains try and process all the info that we experienced and tries to make sense of it all. It is during REM sleep our bodies does any repairs that need doing. We NEED to sleep for this process to occur.
i am sorry to you people that cannot sleep. i race and have trouble with it, and i hate to do it. i figured out what it was, but nothing will help it. you actually do need sleep, though. i get so confused. when i am happy i never feel tired, but i can sleep for hours or 15 minutes and feel just fine, but when i do get little sleep i can barely do anything that i want to do.
Although I've often thought about how much more we could achieve if we didn't need to sleep, you DO need to sleep. It's when you're sleeping that your body repairs itself and important mental processes occur so get some sleep dude!
I feel like im awake lying there all night and im not actually sure if i have slept or not.. i would give anything for a good nights sleep
