Is it normal that i don't verbally react to pain?

When I get hurt (cat scratch, heavy object falling on my head, stubbing my toe, hitting my finger with an axe) I don't make any noise. I don't swear or say ow or anything. That means if I hurt myself people don't notice so I have to tell them and since I didn't make a noise I think they think that it mustn't have hurt that much and think I am just complaining. Anyway I think its weird because making a noise when you get hurt seems like its instinct to humans so why don't I do it?

I only make a noise if it involves my toes/feet. I never make any noise at all if I am injured on another part of my body. I'd say you're normal but if it's a serious pain and you're not screaming, you must have some awesome control powers.
