    Normal, though I’m not sure how common. I dated a girl who didn’t masturbate and got no pleasure from trying to do so. Some girls can’t get off unless they’re having sex or doing stuff with a guy.

      I hear its mostly common for women not having true orgasms until their partner unlocks that ability.
