Is it normal that i dream about my best friend?

I have a boy best friend, let's call him Ash. We have been friends for two years now, but we only got closer last year. I keep having random dreams with him in it for about a month now, and I don't know what to make of it. I don't feel for him, atlas, I don't think I do. But he keeps appearing in my dreams every once in a while. What does this mean?

    I have weird dreams where a good friend of mine lives across the street from me.

    If you had actual feelings for him you would know. I don't think dreams should be taken as an indicator for attraction, regardless of how frequent they are
