Is it normal that i failed a test that i knew the answers to?

Yesterday, my math teacher gave my class a surprise math test. I was so worried about failing the test that I filled in the wrong answer to questions that I already knew how to solve!

Since I'm in Advanced Math, my math teacher doesn't accept C's (especially since this was a proficient test) so I'm really worried that he'll consider moving me down.

In addition, I calculated that I got around 65%, which is a C at my school. I plan on asking my math teacher if there's anything I can do for extra credit (he doesn't accept re-tests,) and if not, then I'm going to work really hard to assure that he knows that I pay attention in his class.

Overall, I feel really stupid. Is this normal?

It's never been a problem for me but a lot of smart people are bad test takers because of pressure. Also that dick sucking flunky was a fucking idiot.

...Most of my test scores are over 80%...

Then again, considering your stupidity, I assume that you're actually the person who is a "flunky."
