Is it normal that i fear all black men? please see explaination

I was raped by a black man 11 years ago(I am a white female). Black men scare me and I'm always thinking "Oh god, there is a black man, is he going to rape me?" Is this normal?

    I fear blacks too. It's not racism when it's supported by statistics.

    i was raped as a kid (5 years old :( ) so yeah normal but why arnt you scared of white women?

    I am so sorry you were raped! But, not all black men are like that. They are just like white men. In fact, in sure more girls like us (I was raped as well, sadly) get raped by WHITE men. What I suggest is talking to a therapist about your phobias.

    Under those circumstances, yes it's normal to feel that way.

    What you have to realize is that not all black men are bad. I would get some help because you don't want to live with those thoughts forever. <3

      No,black man aren't all bad, or even most bad. The govt made black ppls life hard since slavery so you have to understand the emotional trauma that causes

    I've only gotten help with in the last 4 years, I never told anyone before that. My first therapist just talked to me like I was a child and had done something bad. Lately my newest therapist is really helping. But I don't ever think you get over something that aweful and brutal without some big scars.
