Is it normal that i feel dizzy when i stand up?

Sometimes(most of the time), I start to feel dizzy and like I'm going to collapse when I stand up. My vision will get blurry, or as of late it's been getting to where I can't see anything at all, and it's all hidden by a black vision blob. If you don't understand what I mean by "black vision blob" I mean those things that are there when you stare at an object too long and you can still see the color and shape when you look away or close your eyes. Except it's all black, and it blocks everything in my vision except for the peripheral. My head will also start hurting, and I feel like I'm going to collapse because I'm so dizzy. Is this normal? If so, what is it? Do I need to go to the doctor?

As far as I understand it this happens because of low blood pressure. It's quite normal when you're younger; I had it too. These days I still get it but not so much. If you stand up too fast after having been sitting for a while it's quite normal. But if it happens every time you stand up, I'd go see a doctor.
