Is it normal that i feel dizzy when i stand up?
So whenever I stand up from bending down or picking something up, I get super lightheaded and dizzy and feel like I'll lose my balance. I also often lose some of my hearing and vision, lose sensation/get tingling in my limbs, and get a massive headache in my forehead area. After getting up I usually have to lean on something for a minute or so and it passes, but sometimes the hearing/vision thing takes a little longer to go away.
Its the worst after I've been squatting down or bending over to pick something up, but it sometimes happens when I get up from sitting on a chair. For example, today I was leaning over a bit to sweep the floor, but every time I stood straight up I was really dizzy (which is why I'm posting this!)
I've seen a doctor and done a few tests which all came back pretty normal (blood sugar, blood pressure, blood count, iron, etc.), so I'm starting to think this is normal and maybe it just happens to some people! Thoughts?
