So here's the deal I am 18yro guy & I get horny every time I am alone so I masturbate almost everyday sometimes even twice or 3 times a day & the ironic part is that I am still a virgin never had a girlfriend anyway (not the point) so is it normal or in any way healthy that I get horny & masturbates??

What you say pretty accurately describes my behaviour when I was your age. The only difference is where you say you masturbate _almost_ every day. I seriously doubt if there was a single day from when I was around 13 when I didn't jerk off at least once. Twice was the norm, and more than that wasn't uncommon. The only thing that put a damper on that was joining the military when I was 20, but whenever I wasn't in communal-living accommodation, I returned to the previous.
As long as you're not doing stupid shit like using a death-grip on your penis, humping rather than using your hand, or training yourself to come in fifteen seconds, then masturbation is not going to do any harm, and it's going to make you a happier and generally nicer person to be around.
I've had a very positive and enjoyable sex life with women, so you also shouldn't worry about your masturbation messing up that.
