Is it normal that i feel like im in a sitcom while doing normal things?

sometimes i feel like im being observed by people because they find my life amusing, i sometimes play music on my head when stuff happens and i think that makes the soundtrack. I dont think life is real but just a product of a huge company trying to make some easy bucks. Maybe im just a Cryogenized actor and after all this is over ill just wake up in some alien chamber/device like in Rick and Morty

    I kind of felt that way a few years ago at Target when everyone knew I was being kicked out of the department I just got into (Starbucks) and didn't say anything. Unknown to me, I helped train the person who replaced me. Lol
