I don't want to be called a biggot or a hater, but for a large portion of my life I was raised to be a "good" Christian and now that I'm a bit older and more mature I hate almost all the messages that Christianity teaches. Please comment.
It's alright to hate a religion. But at least give the people a chance. A lot of the kindest people I know are Christian. A lot of the meanest people I know are Christian too. It really depends.
Yes its major BS that somehow easily tricks a good percentage of the population into believing the so called "ideals" it portrays
It's not just "Christianity" tbh... IRL it is ALL RELIGION THAT IS STUPID...

Normal, while religious person myself I know that beliefs of any type are normal (now, stupid, that's the variable here).
It depends on what your reasoning is.
These days it is so hard to know for sure what it is that the Christian morals are, especially when it comes to social issues these days such as abortion and gay marriage. But you must understand: any deistic religion is going to sound out there. That is the point of religion: to explain morals and values and the meaning of life that are questionable by answering it with a power who is also near impossible to understand
So now that you find you want to do things your way, living a Christian lifestyle isn't appropriate? Or you truly don't agree with what Christianity means? Or both?
Well with all those Facts you gave I guess I'm gonna have to agree with you.
You don't know how good it feels to have people who think the same way as you. Christianity is a joke, they are quite self righteous and arses. Many have tried to convert me and feed me lies, they think that they are perfect (not against any of you who honestly don't see yourself that way). Sorry if I am being bitter but experience has taught me this.
It is stupid....there is too much proof that there wasnt a god....but there was jesus and he was a normal guy who lied alot...thats why i hate jesus....and christian beliefs
Please watch your words!! Hate is a very strong word. It hurts my heart, how can someone be so hateful toward Jesus. He was a very wonderful man, who treated everyone kindly.
Lol I really hate chirstian beliefs because jesus as they believe made made up story that are in the bible and they believe in the made up story, I am learning about R.E
It's perfectly normal. Christianity is just one belief of the hundreds out there. Everyone's view is different and maybe you're just breaking away from what has been laid out in front of you.
