I’m a guy and I have to admit it I snore loud. My Mom exposed my snoring and I was embarrassed about it and would deny it all the time. My family really bugs me about it. It’s kinda like an insecurity of mine. Should I be embarrassed
My best friend snores so bad. She also screams in her sleep. It’s terrifying.

Unless you'd benefit from a sleep apnea machine, your snoring is completely out of your control and you shouldn't feel embarrassed about it. I feel for your family because a loud snorer can disrupt sleep for other people, but that's why there are things like earplugs or or listening to ambient sound with their headphones in. Ultimately it's up to them to figure out how to get to sleep at night. Unless your snoring is intentional /s
My boyfriend snores too. He also talks in his sleep. He'll be dreaming about something and he'll be saying what he's saying in his dream. I'll talk to him and sometimes he replies.
One day I realized I could change his dreams by talking back to him. I pranked him like one or two times. I felt bad about it and stopped doing it because he's now scared of the FNAF characters.

Theres this dude I talk to on discord who actually happens to only live 20 minutes from me and he makes this tourettes noise. He denies it too. It sounds like a pikachu noise in the background every 20 seconds. He tries to say its his microphone but one time he did it mid sentence. Hew embarrassed.
