Is it normal that i flip out in squeals whenever i see my cat?

I get violent when I think something's cute. I'm sure some of you know what I mean. Like, "UGGH, F**** IT'S SO CUTE, I JUST WANNNA MURDER IT." Ya know?
I've had my cat for over a year, but every time I see her I feel the same way I did when we first got her. I squeal, "OH MAH GAWD, ITS KITTY!!"
I don't call her by her name anymore, I just call her kitty...
Is this all normal even though I've had her for this long?

every time i walk into my house, i shout ''WHERE'S MY KITTY??'' and my kitty comes running in from somewhere! i luvs my kitty...

I do that too!! Every time I see my kitten i say "YOU'RE SO CUTEEEE" and I grit my teeth! And then I sqyeeze her :) (not meanly or too hard)

well i don't get that over the top lol. but i sometimes get overcome with emotions when something's cute. i like to hug cute animals. :)
