Is it normal that i gamed so hard that my hands looked rgb?

Yesterday night I gamed for 18 hours straight. I looked down at my hands to grab some g-fuel. My hands looked RGB. It was like this for an hour. It was very strange and was wondering if it was normal?

    Probably your brain is acting weird because saying up for 18 hours (really bruh?) can increase serotonin levels. You've also been awake for arguably more than 18 hours, which further addresses this point.

    Also, your brain can store what it last saw for a bit before the colors look normal. Ever close your eyes and saw light patches, or stared at a bright light and get the image burned in? That's what happened. Serotonin can also cause these afterimages to last longer. Bright monitors can also burn your eyes (I'm a CS major so I should know).

    I think the more concerning thing here is that you fucking gamed for 18 hours straight. Ease off of the bloody G-Fuel.

    By RGB did you mean Red, Green , Blue? If so then that probably doesn't sound good.
