Is it normal that i get a weight loss plateau every time i eat meat?
I'm losing weight because I need to. My diet and exercise works until I eat meat. Whenever I eat meat, I get an annoying weight loss plateau that won't go away until I eat less meat per week.
I know right? This is a very strange situation. But please, seriously, do not doubt me. I'm trying to figure out what's happening. Because I really track my calories, even when I eat meat, and exercise the required amount per week.
