Is it normal that i get nervous for everything?
For example I'm gonna be starting senior year and every year I get sooo nervous my heart beats so fast to where it burns and i start to tremble because of the nerves and I'm stressing about the stupidest things like " what if I don't know anyone in my class, and im gonna be a loner, what if i dont pass this year, what if my classes are too far apart, what if I have lunch separated from my friends" and that causes me to get sick to my stomach and I skip eating cuz I'm to busy having diarrhea or something. I can't stand worrying and I don't know what to do to stop. I can't handle it and I don't stress just for school Its a lot of things as well. I wish I knew how to stop it please help
