Is it normal that i get panic attacks every night?
They make me feel dizzy, shaky and they sort of feel like a seizure. I put great effort into hiding them during daytime because I don't want people to think I'm crazy or something.

I get them too where I wake up bolt upright, heart pounding and feeling more nauseous than I'd thought possible. I try to manage them (with some success) but still it's pretty horrible. I especially feel sorry for anyone who has to share a bed with me.
Go to a doctor. It doesn't even have to be a psychiatrist, as anxiety is so common that any doctor can recognize it and act accordingly. I was having panic attacks every night, getting more and more serious every single night. I refused to go to a doctor till one ended me up in the hospital. It pissed me off that I didn't go afterwards because of how easy it is to control!
Your not crazy. If this has been going on for awhile you may have a anxiety disorder. Go to a psychiatrist. (This does not make you a Nutter butter ) they'll get you on some meds that can help explore relaxation techniques etc. I suffer from this disorder myself and I'm sorry your going through it. Its a horrible way to live but can be manageable.
