So I have this roommate who thinks it's ok to move my stuff around and eat all of the food I buy. When she makes more then me on one check then I do in 2. And she eats all of my food it makes me Soo mad cause I have to struggle and she just savings money she's does not have to by eating all my food.

You could always spend $20 on a lockable door-knob for your door. All it takes to install it is a screwdriver and you can save the old knob for when you move out.
It's something you can take with you when you leave and she probably wouldn't even notice it unless she was trying to get into your bedroom when you're not home.
