Is it normal that i hallucinate my phone being in front of me?

I am doing a challenge where I am no longer using my phone and I start to hallucinate my phone being in front of me ( yes I am a phone addict. ) and I start to hallucinate phone vibrations. This always occurs to me whenever I sleep early or late.

My hallucinations are getting worse.

it is a phenomenon that occurs to some people but it occurs because of a phone addiction. you seem to also have an unstable sleep schedule if it takes one early or late night to make you hallucinate. continue to stop using your phone but also try sleeping better and eating healthier.

Thanks for your comment , I do try to eat healthier and try to do some activities that gets rid of my addiction. Hallucination is never easy to beat sometimes I keep thinking about my phone despite my mind is telling me that I am better off without my phone because there is no way that I will have such hallucination to destroy my wellbeing.

I think you need to go cold turkey. What do you actually need it for?

Sounds like you're so used to having your 📱 there, that when you're sleepy, you think you see it. And you think you can feel it,as well. Sort of like a phantom limb situation. I wouldn't worry about it.

ten or more years ago when flip phones were a thing i had my personal cell in one front pocket and company cell in the other and got simultaneous calls from two hot office women

what a cheap thrill that was
