Is it normal that i hate my dog so much

Please help... 27 weeks pregnant and I can not stand when my dog looks at me.. and follows me around and looks at me like it's sad all the time. I have 2 kids plus the dog plus being pregnant and I hate my damn dog.

Troll. Then 2 years from now it’s gonna be “I hate my baby, it follows me around looking sad”, as you don’t sound like a person who plans ahead very well

You'd have to contact the administrators. As it is, just log out and never log back in. That should suffice.

You shouldn't hate your dog, it's not your dog's fault that you feel like shit, it's the fault of the pregnancy hormones. Whatever you do don't hurt the poor dog!!!

probably cause of pregnancy hormones and neurochemistry? but if you still feel the same way after then just give it up for adoption or to somebody you know who'd love to care for it.

  • Feed it the placenta and then it will be happy.
Save the cord for shoe laces, or a leash.

This whole thing feels weird for me, because all my life I've preferred dogs and cats to human babies. Nothing personal, but babies scream and cry a lot, and a child is a lifetime responsibility. I like kids better when they can wipe their butts and carry on a conversation. Truth be told I'd probably run past 100 crying babies to get one whining puppy.

Maybe on a deep subconscious level you're afraid the dog will possibly harm the baby? If it's a good dog, try not to worry about it. If it's a good dog it has a right to stay in your home, and your husband should be able to keep a beloved dog. Maybe the dog looks sad, because you aren't friendly with it anymore, or aren't giving it enough attention?

  • You should have thought of that before. Don’t dump it now just because you didn’t think about it beforehand.

Should've thought of this situation beforehand.

Either Redirect the hate from the dog to the one that knocked you up it's his fault (and yours but don't hate yourself until after the baby is born when someone can help with postpartum) Otherwise find someone that can love him unselfishly.

Feeling overwhelmed and grumpy is normal while pregnant. Consider birth control after thus one we have enough humans in the world.

Never knew I would have these feelings towards a dog or animal. And never owned my own dog. So wasnt really much to think about.

Kids are never compared to animals.. I love my kids dearly.. Never feel that way towards my babies. Just for this moment I need some help getting through these feelings. I'm miserable and it's not fair to me or dog. I loved the dog at first but I guess pregnancy is making me feel like this.. this is not a happy feeling.. husband doesn't want to get rid of it..

alright, sorry. I just didn't get why you'd even have wanted a dog in the first place if you have the capacity to hate it. at least you have somewhat of an excuse (elevated hormones). and dogs can be really fuckin annoying tbh
